Mike Grudman is the President and founder of Axium Capital Inc. Mike has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry. Mike started his finance career in film financing and moved towards commercial real estate financing to strengthen his ambition. He is always engaged in partnerships with all of Axium's clients to solve complex problems, with an attitude that everybody wins. Gautam Kumar
Gautam Kumar joins Axium as Managing Director in Alberta, bringing over 15 years of banking experience primarily in commercial real estate financing. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Calgary.
In his recent role as a broker over the last year, Gautam has demonstrated exceptional performance by successfully raising equity and debt, and forming joint ventures for large industrial, multi-family, and other commercial real estate projects. Freeman Yee
Freeman has been financing real estate with institutional debt, private debt, and equity since 1991. He holds a BCom degree in Urban Land Economics from UBC.
Freeman has extensive experience in lending, underwriting and relationship management both in diversified industries and real estate, which includes development, high leverage, construction, term and owner occupied.

Lok Yee Hsu

Perry Keung
Perry is a CPA, CMA with over 20 years in the banking industry. Graduating from the University of Western Ontario, he has worked through several managerial roles starting in HSBC’s Private Banking group, moving to Cash Management , and finally as a Managing Director in BMO’s Commercial Real Estate Finance Group, with a $1.5 Billion portfolio of real estate clients, providing (syndicated) construction financing, operating lines, land / pre-development, and term financing solutions.

Hardeep Braich
Hardeep is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) from the University of British Columbia and has held his mortgage broker license since 2018. Before joining Axium Capital, Hardeep worked as a National Commercial Finance Manager for COBS Bread and prior to that worked as a General Manager of a Wellness Centre as well as progressed through various roles with TD Bank, specializing in commercial lending, residential financing and business development.
